One price, stated up front

Most patch suppliers quote by email. You describe what you want, wait, get a number, ask what it covers, and wait again. We built this site to remove that loop. You enter your specification and the price appears. That price is the whole price.

Included in every order, with nothing added at checkout:

• Hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing.
• Tracked shipping, with no order minimum.
• Taxes and fees.

How we build them

Every patch is embroidered to full thread coverage on a heat-sealed twill base, with a merrowed overlock border wrapping the edge so it will not fray. We digitise your artwork, send you a proof, and start production only once you approve it.

Embroidery is not printing. Fine detail gets simplified and thread colours are matched from a real range, so the proof stage matters: it is where we agree what the finished patch will actually look like.

Where a design has more detail than thread can hold, we mould it in soft rubber instead. The pricing page lists both constructions side by side, and the morale patches page writes up the embroidered specification in full.
