What is the One Price guarantee?
The price you see is the price you pay. Velcro backing, tracked shipping, taxes and fees are all inside that number. No setup charges, and nothing added at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does it take?
Production runs 2–3 weeks from the day you approve your proof, not from the day you order. Shipping adds a further 3–5 days.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your patches do not match the proof you approved, or they arrive with a manufacturing defect, we will remake the order or refund it in full. Your choice. Because patches are made to your specification we cannot take them back for change of mind, which is exactly why nothing goes into production until you approve the proof.
Can I reorder?
Yes. We keep your design on file, so you can reorder the same patch from your order ID.
Do you accept Government Purchase Cards?
Yes. We accept GPCs and can provide the documentation your purchase requires, including our Section 889 certification.
