Unit and shop patches
The in-joke that only works if you were there. Section mottos, deployment tallies, the nickname nobody chose for themselves.
Morale patches
Full-coverage embroidery, merrowed edge, Velcro on the back. From 25 pieces, with the price on the page instead of at the end of an email thread.
Specification
How it runs
A vector file, a screenshot, or a photo of something drawn on the back of a training schedule. All of it works.
The artwork is redrawn as stitch paths and matched to real thread colours. This is the step that decides how the patch actually looks.
You see the digitised patch with every simplification called out. Nothing is charged and nothing runs until you say go.
Two to three weeks on the floor, then USPS tracked delivery with the number in your inbox.
Price per patch
Standard embroidered construction, which is what a morale patch normally is. Velcro, shipping, taxes and fees are already inside these numbers.

Who orders them
The in-joke that only works if you were there. Section mottos, deployment tallies, the nickname nobody chose for themselves.
A run tied to one exercise, competition or course. Small quantities are the point here, which is why the minimum is 25 and not 250.
Shooting clubs, airsoft and milsim teams, EDC and knife communities. Anything where a loadout has a loop panel waiting on it.
Questions
25 pieces per design. There is no setup charge and no separate digitising fee, so a run of 25 costs what the table says it costs and nothing more.
Yes, within the limits of thread. We match to a real thread range rather than to screen colour, so a value can shift very slightly to land on a stock thread. Anything that moves noticeably is called out on your proof before production, not after.
Less than people expect, and this is the honest part. A stitch has width, so hairlines, small text under about a quarter inch, and fine gradients get simplified. We redraw the artwork for thread and show you exactly what was simplified on the proof.
You do. We keep your digitised file on record so you can reorder from your order ID, and we do not sell or reuse your design.
The proof is the sample. Nothing goes to the production floor until you approve it, and if the finished patches do not match the proof you approved, we remake the order or refund it in full.
Start with a quote. Nothing is charged until you approve a proof.
