Government Purchase Cards
GPCs are accepted through the same checkout as any other card. Nothing about a card purchase routes through a different process, and the price you were quoted is the price that is charged.
APO, FPO and DPO
Tracked shipping to military addresses at no extra cost, exactly as for a domestic one. We do not ship outside the United States.

How a purchase actually works here
The specification — thread, sizes, backing, shapes — is on the unit patches page. This is the part your file needs.
- Published pricing
- Every price is on /pricing and on this page. Nothing has to be requested by email to find out what a run costs, which is the part that usually holds up a purchase request.
- Nothing added later
- Velcro backing, tracked shipping, taxes and card fees are already inside the per-patch figure. There is no setup fee, no digitising fee and no artwork charge, so the number you put on the request is the number that gets charged.
- Minimum order
- 25 pieces per design. Low enough to cover a section or a course rather than forcing a unit-sized buy to justify one design.
- Payment
- Card at checkout, Government Purchase Cards included, processed through Stripe. Payment is taken at order; nothing goes to production until a proof is approved.
- Documentation
- An itemised receipt is emailed on payment, and the 889 certificate is downloadable from this page. If your file needs something else in writing, ask before you order and we will tell you plainly whether we can provide it.
- Lead time
- 2 to 3 weeks in production from the day the proof is approved, plus 3 to 5 days in transit. The clock starts at approval, not at order, so a slow approval moves the delivery date.
- Reorders
- The digitised file is kept against your order ID, so a follow-on run matches the first and is placed without redoing artwork. This is what makes a replacement batch cheap to raise when people rotate through.
- Larger programmes
- Past 1,000 pieces the price comes down again and is worth quoting properly rather than read off the table. Email sales@squadoutfitters.com with the quantity and the timeline.

Before you raise the purchase
Are you Section 889 compliant?
Yes. Our current Section 889 certification is published on this page as a downloadable PDF, so you can attach it to a purchase file without requesting it from us first.
Do you accept Government Purchase Cards?
Yes. A GPC works through the standard checkout like any other card. The quoted price includes shipping, taxes and fees, so the amount charged matches the amount on the request.
Can you ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses?
Yes, at no additional cost and with tracking, the same as a domestic address. We do not currently ship internationally.
Do you have a GSA schedule or a contract vehicle?
No. We sell directly at published prices and accept Government Purchase Cards, which covers the great majority of orders at this size. If your purchase must go through a specific vehicle, tell us before you order rather than after — we would rather say so plainly than have a request fail at the last step.
What is the minimum order?
25 pieces per design, with no setup fee and no separate digitising charge. A section-sized run is priced from the same published table as a squadron-sized one.
Can we get a quote document before raising the purchase?
The pricing table is the quote — it is published, it is what the checkout charges, and it does not expire into a different number. If your process needs a quote on headed paper for a specific quantity, email sales@squadoutfitters.com and we will send one.
What happens if the patches are wrong?
Nothing is manufactured until someone approves the proof. If the delivered patches do not match the proof that was approved, we remake the order or refund it in full — see the returns page for the full terms.
